Julie Sharp Healing
Healing through body, mind, and energy
Awaken • Align • Transform
Every body holds an innate capacity to heal. Energy healing works with that capacity directly — creating the conditions of safety, stillness, and gentle attention for the body to do what it already knows how to do: return you to wholeness.
About Julie
I'm Julie Sharp, a Reiki Master and integrative healing practitioner. My path to this work has been its own journey of coming home — to my body, my intuition, and the sacred. I created this space to help others do the same.
My services
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle practice that supports your body's own capacity to heal — easing stress, releasing tension, and restoring a sense of balance. Sessions are held remotely, through the same distance healing tradition practitioners have used for decades. You don't need to believe in anything for it to work — just a willingness to receive."
Yoga, Somatic, & Meditation
Alongside Reiki, sessions may draw on yoga, somatic practices, and guided meditation — gentle tools to help you reconnect with your body and settle into stillness. All offered remotely, these practices meet you exactly where you are, whether that's on your mat or simply in a quiet chair.
Akashic Records
Soul-level guidance to explore your life's patterns and purpose. This offering opens in early August.

“Having a remote energy healing session with Julie allowed me to actually take a deep breath and relax in a way that I hadn't been able to in a long time. Her voice, presence, and energy were quite grounding, even through the screen. Her slow pace felt immediately trusting, and I noticed a deep sense of relaxation throughout the experience. On the other side, it left me feeling lighter and free."
Amy S, Reiki Client“Julie has a way about her that makes me feel hopeful and strong. I don’t know what she does or how she does it, but her very presence feels healing.”
