Reiki — Distance Energy Healing
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports your body's own capacity to restore balance — easing stress, releasing tension, and quieting an overactive nervous system. Rooted in a tradition of distance healing practiced for decades, Reiki works regardless of physical distance. All sessions are offered remotely (in person available upon request), so you can receive this work from the comfort and safety of your own space.
What to Expect
Before your session, we'll connect briefly so I can understand what you're hoping to experience or release. During the session, you'll simply lie down or sit comfortably wherever you are — no special equipment needed. I'll guide the energy work remotely while you rest; many clients feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, or simply deep relaxation. Afterward, we'll take a few minutes to reflect on what came up.
You don't need to believe in energy work for it to help — just a willingness to receive.
In the spirit of seva, a limited number of sliding-scale sessions are available each month for those for whom the full rate is a barrier to receiving this work. Please reach out to inquire.
